The hotel’s building was renovated in 2006 and is located in the prestigious Salamanca district of Madrid, just 300 metres to the Puerta de Alcalá and the Retiro park. The accommodation is made up of luxury apartments each one with its own individual style and design. The area is close to some of Madrid’s most famous restaurants, the Calle Serrano where most of the major designers have their boutiques, the calm oasis that if the Retiro park (the green lung of Madrid's centre) and of course the city’s most famous and well-known museums like El Prado.
